This role is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring platform stability, driving automation, and leading complex troubleshooting and operational improvements across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk teams to resolve escalations, enhance system performance, and implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
