Role Description If you love the thrill of opening doors, starting conversations, and turning curiosity into pipeline — this role was built for you. As a Business Development Representative at Duetto, you’ll be the first voice hotels, resorts, and casinos hear from us. You’ll combine smart outreach, sharp discovery skills, and AI-powered tooling to build high-quality pipeline across the US market and set our sales team up to win. What you’ll be doing: - Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned US regions — through email, phone, social, and events — identifying and qualifying the right opportunities at the right accounts. - Follow up on marketing-generated leads rapidly and with purpose, using structured discovery to qualify need and move prospects forward. - Research target accounts, buying centres, and stakeholders to build tailored outreach sequences — leveraging AI-driven tools to sharpen relevance and lift response rates. - Set up high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team, handing over clean context: pain points, stakeholders, and clear next steps. - Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on territory and account planning, aligning outreach priorities and feeding back market intelligence. - Partner with Marketing to share insights from the field and help sharpen messaging and campaign performance over time. - Keep CRM and sales engagement tools up to date — accurate data, tracked activity, and clean pipeline progression. Qualifications - 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology. - Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers from the first conversation. - Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot. - A proven ability to stay organised and maintain quality at volume — lots of activity, without losing focus on the outcome. Requirements - Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology — you’ll hit the ground running if you already speak the language. - Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar). Benefits - Play to win — we act with urgency when we see an opportunity. You’ll be joining a team that moves fast, backs its people, and celebrates results. - AI is how we work — you won’t be prospecting with yesterday’s tools. We invest in AI-driven workflows that give our BDRs a real edge. - A product worth talking about — four-time #1 rated Revenue Management Software. Opening conversations is a lot easier when you believe in what you’re selling. - Room to grow — this is a role with a clear path. BDRs who perform have a strong track record of moving into closing roles and beyond at Duetto. - Come as you are — we’re a diverse, distributed team that takes our work seriously and our culture seriously too. Company Description Duetto is the hospitality industry’s leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world’s first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we’ve been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we’re accelerating our investment in AI — and we’re genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we’re proud of, for customers we care about.
