Join our growing Counterparty Contracts Team as we expand our portfolio and take on new, exciting challenges. We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Contracts Technician who enjoys problem‑solving, building strong relationships, and working in a fast‑moving environment. What you will do You’ll play a key role in managing and administering Carrier contracts — including Terms of Business Agreements (ToBAs) and supporting Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUAs). Your work will help ensure smooth onboarding, strong ongoing relationships, and compliance across our Carrier network. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining Carrier ToBAs to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance - Onboarding new Carriers, completing due diligence, and coordinating internal approvals - Negotiating ToBAs in line with company standards - Handling queries relating to mergers, acquisitions, clause changes, novations and more - Supporting the administration of DUAs - Assisting with internal and external audit requests Who we are looking for You’ll thrive here if you’re organised, confident and able to juggle multiple priorities.
