• Own overall program execution and operational delivery for a strategic client within Cotiviti’s Value-Based Care solutions. • Partner closely with Client Executives to align delivery execution with client goals, contractual commitments, and long-term growth objectives. • Act as the primary point of coordination across internal teams including Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Implementation, and Support to ensure alignment and timely execution. • Lead client-facing cadence including planning meetings, operational touchpoints, release discussions, issue reviews, and roadmap alignment. • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and obstacles; orchestrate appropriate internal resources to resolve issues before they impact clients. • Ensure open issues, action items, and cross-team dependencies are tracked, communicated, and resolved within agreed timelines. • Maintain accountability for key milestones, client expectations, and delivery outcomes across concurrent initiatives. • Track and report on contractual commitments, SLAs, and operational performance. • Produce and manage client-related documentation including meeting materials, program plans, requirements coordination, decisions, risks, and follow-ups. • Ensure client delivery activities are managed in alignment with revenue expectations and operational constraints. • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal delivery processes, tools, and cross-functional workflows. • Complete annual performance objectives and additional strategic initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare industry experience (payer, TPA, or healthcare technology/analytics vendor).
- Demonstrated experience supporting Value-Based Care programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful client and/or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams, competing priorities, and executive-level client relationships.
- Strong experience handling client escalations, aligning diverse stakeholders, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure while managing complex delivery timelines and dependencies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track details, follow through on commitments, and ensure closure.

Role Description The Program Implementation Coordinator is a critical player in facilitating the successful integration of new programs to meet the needs of AMO’s partners for AMO’s platform and/or Network Development Services (NDS). This role serves as a bridge between sales/business development and operational service delivery by AMO and its clinical sites. This role is responsible for implementing operating procedures across the program operations and recruitment teams to ensure an orderly implementation of new programs. This person will work closely with recruiters to build relationships with new potential clinical sites and preceptors during the onboarding stage, after qualification by a recruiter, to obtain the required information for a program to go live on AMO’s website and will work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment stage to the go live stage. The new Program Implementation Coordinator should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who is ready to be a proactive member of an innovative team. While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas. Essential Functions - Contact physicians/clinicians (physicians, physician assistants, nurses, etc.), clinical sites, and their teams via email, phone, or video conferencing to obtain required program information. - Assemble comprehensive program data and build new programs on the AMO Platform, ensuring accurate and complete representation of new programs. - Compile accurate required documentation from potential preceptors to ensure fulfillment of AMO’s network services business. - In collaboration with recruitment, programs, and business development, ensure required information is gathered and verified, and warm handoffs occur from recruitment to implementation, and from implementation to operation. - In collaboration with School Sales and Customer Success teams, implement tools and SOPs to streamline the program vetting and fulfillment process for implementing new school affiliations and placements at AMO program sites. - Assist in the creation of PandaDoc templates and SOPs as needed for Network Development Services (NDS) documents, B2B Partner documents for Programs, and Programs team documents as needed. - Deep knowledge of and experience with CRMs (Hubspot preferred). - Quickly develop familiarity with AMO’s proprietary clinical rotation platform to facilitate a seamless conversion of acquired programs to live programs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with preceptors and clinical site administrators to ensure customer satisfaction and success for the operations team. - Implement and tailor onboarding processes to each unique program, guiding medical contacts from the initial qualified handoff from recruitment to you, through onboarding, and finally through completion of the program’s handoff to its assigned coordinator and launch. - Craft engaging and informative program content that resonates with our student and partner base. - Understanding of preceptor and/or student challenges and demonstrating a positive, proactive, solution-based approach to resolving and anticipating challenges. - Develop a high level of familiarity with the US medical and nursing education system and become an agile learner. - Collaborate with other AMO teams and serve as a resource regarding program information, relationships, availability. - Other duties as assigned.
