You will architect and scale enablement initiatives that directly impact revenue attainment, customer adoption, partner growth, and organizational productivity across all segments and geographies. With deep expertise in technical certification, partner enablement, and customer education at scale, you design programs that transform behaviors, accelerate performance, and deliver ROI—not just training. You excel at translating complex technical concepts into compelling learning experiences, leveraging data and AI to continuously optimize effectiveness, and maintaining strategic vision while executing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partner: - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Partner, and Product leadership, aligning enablement strategy with business priorities and revenue objectives. - Build and execute partner enablement frameworks that accelerate partner onboarding, competency development, and co-selling effectiveness at scale. Multi-Modal Program Leadership: - Design, build, and scale enablement programs across sales, customer, partner, and technical audiences using diverse delivery methods (live virtual, self-paced digital, in-person workshops, certifications, etc.) that drive product adoption, reduce time-to-value, and support expansion opportunities. - Own end-to-end program roadmaps, project plans, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. - Maintain clear documentation, intake processes, and governance frameworks. Technical Certification Architect: - Develop and manage comprehensive technical certification programs that validate competency, drive adoption, and differentiate our go-to-market motion. AI-Powered Innovation and Data-Driven Impact: - Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance instructional design, personalize learning experiences, automate content creation, and improve program management efficiency. - Define success metrics, build reporting frameworks, and continuously measure program effectiveness. - Use analytics to optimize content, identify gaps, and demonstrate ROI. - Stay current on enablement best practices, emerging technologies (especially AI in learning), and industry trends. Bring innovative approaches to our enablement practice. Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of related experience leading programs in enablement, sales, customer success, learning & development, or related GTM roles. - 5+ years of experience leading multi-modal enablement programs across diverse, global audiences (sales, customers, partners, technical). - Proven track record designing and delivering technical certification programs at-scale to validate both internal and external mastery with our product. - Demonstrated experience building and executing partner enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g. in-region enablement and playbooks for partner sellers). - Experience creating customer enablement and education programs that accelerate product/services adoption and expansion. - 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools for instructional design, content creation, and/or program management. - Experience with Salesforce, enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, etc.), and LMS technologies to track KPIs, performance and manage content consumption. - Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Challenger, etc.) and demonstrated ability to train/coach others. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales processes, and customer journey. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Education. Master's Degree in Education highly preferred. - Ability to travel up to 20% (primarily North America, occasionally international). Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency with AI tools for instructional design (ChatGPT, generative AI platforms, Synthesia), content creation, personalization, and analytics. - Experience building competency models, assessment strategies, badging/credentialing programs, and certification governance. - Experience with customer academies, adoption programs, community building, and customer marketing. - Deep expertise in adult learning theory, design thinking, learning experience design, and multiple instructional modalities. - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and inspire audiences from individual contributors to executives. - Proficiency with Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms. The base salary range for this position is 156,400 - 261,800 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Role Description The Program Implementation Coordinator is a critical player in facilitating the successful integration of new programs to meet the needs of AMO’s partners for AMO’s platform and/or Network Development Services (NDS). About the Role We are seeking a Master Scheduler to establish and own scheduling discipline across complex software programs that span commercial Agile development and government/defense contracts. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that accurately reflect program scope, dependencies, vendor integrations, milestones, and contractual deliverables. You will serve as a key development partner and educator, helping teams understand how large, industry standard programs plan, measure progress, and communicate status in ways that government customers value. This is not a project coordinator role. The position operates at the program level, emphasizing strategic planning and cross-functional alignment across engineering, delivery, and government execution. Key Responsibilities Integrated Master Scheduling (Primary Focus) - Develop, maintain, and own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex software programs - Translate program requirements, statements of work, and technical scope into executable schedules with clear dependencies and critical paths - Maintain schedule realism across: - Agile software development - Multi‑vendor integrations - Multi-sub-contractor integrations - Government driven milestones and reviews - Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts early and communicate them clearly to leadership Agile + Defense Delivery Integration - Bridge commercial Agile delivery practices with government program expectations - Align sprint level execution with IMS level milestones and contractual deliverables - Help teams understand how Agile artifacts (backlogs, increments, releases) map to: - Government schedules - Milestone reviews - Earned value or progress reporting (as applicable) Government Contracts & Deliverables - Support defense contracts by mapping: - Requirements - Deliverables - Reviews - Artifacts - Timelines into an integrated, traceable schedule - Partner with program leadership to ensure schedules support compliance, audits, and customer reporting expectations - Help teams anticipate what government customers look for in schedule credibility and execution discipline Vendor & Cross Program Integration - Integrate schedules across: - Internal development teams - External vendors and subcontractors - Customer provided dependencies - Ensure handoffs, dependencies, and integration points are explicitly captured and tracked - Act as the single source of truth for program timelines Tools, Standards & Enablement - Own or help select the IMS tooling strategy (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) - Establish scheduling standards, conventions, and best practices - Educate teams on: - How large programs use IMS tools - Why certain structures and artifacts matter - How to use schedules to make decisions (not just report status) Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, program planning, or large‑scale project delivery - Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs - Strong background supporting large commercial Agile software development efforts - Experience working with: - Multiple vendors - Cross‑functional engineering teams - Complex dependency networks - Experience supporting government or defense contracts, including understanding of deliverables, milestones, and reporting expectations Preferred Qualifications - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar IMS platforms, and associated ecosystems - Experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs - Familiarity with: - Requirements traceability - Milestone driven delivery models - Government reviews and reporting artifacts - Active or prior DoD security clearance - Experience educating or coaching teams on program planning best practices What Success Looks Like - Program schedules are realistic, integrated, and trusted by leadership - Engineering teams understand how their work maps to contractual milestones - Schedule risks are surfaced early, not discovered at the last minute - Leadership and customers can clearly see progress, dependencies, and impacts - The organization builds durable scheduling discipline that scales with program size Why This Role Is Unique - You will shape how the company plans and executes programs, not just manage dates - You’ll bridge the gap between modern Agile delivery and government execution expectations - You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, engineers, and customers - This role has real influence over how work gets done What We Offer: - A fully remote, results-based environment - Competitive salary, bonus, and equity package - 100% employer paid, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family - Unlimited PTO, with your manager’s approval - Flexible work environment where you manage your work day - 14 weeks of fully-paid parental leave Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000.
