The Corporate Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions, partnering with business leaders to identify and hire top talent worldwide. This role requires expertise in global sourcing strategies, cross-cultural candidate engagement, and full lifecycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is experienced in corporate recruiting, comfortable navigating different labor markets, and able to influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with global hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies for multiple regions. - Execute full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Utilize diverse sourcing channels across regions, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, community networks, search engines, and direct outreach. - Conduct or coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment verifications as required. - Manage recruitment processes in applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday) and other TA technologies for efficient global operations. - Monitor and provide insights on hiring metrics, diversity goals, and recruitment effectiveness across regions. - Advise hiring managers on best practices for global hiring, interviewing, and candidate engagement. - Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with employment laws and regulations applicable in each region. Attitude & Attributes - Global Communication and Stakeholder Management - Strategic Sourcing and Persistence - Leadership and Talent Advisory Skills - Cross-Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity - Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail - Advanced Technology and Systems Proficiency Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. - Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written). - 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including experience in global or multi-region hiring. - Proven success in full lifecycle recruiting and high-volume hiring. - Strong knowledge of ATS systems (preferably Workday) and digital sourcing/research tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication, cross-cultural influencing, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to build candidate pipelines and relationships across regions and cultures.
