• Recruit for all store-level positions, from associates to store managers, while providing additional support for warehouse operations and HQ roles as needed to meet The Black Tux’s evolving staffing needs. • Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Lever). • Experience owning a high-volume requisition load of 20+ roles while maintaining speed and candidate experience. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process. • Ensure candidates receive a positive and seamless experience from application to onboarding. • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and facilitating onsite or virtual interview logistics. • Draft offer letters and support onboarding processes in partnership with HR. • Maintain organized and compliant recruitment files and documentation. • Track and meet key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
