Experience and Qualifications - Education: BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent experience in design, drafting, or technology systems. - Experience: 0–2 years of experience in the AEC industry, design or technology systems, technology systems contracting, field or construction site exposure, or related professional or academic environments. - Preferred: Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or other drafting/modeling tools; familiarity with construction documents or the building design process. - Exposure to BIM coordination concepts (model linking, worksets, clash identification) is a plus. - Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is helpful but not required. - Ability to learn new software, follow workflows, and apply feedback to improve accuracy and clarity of drawings and documentation. - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to track tasks, take clear notes, and collaborate effectively. - Foundational understanding of technology systems (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) is a plus, but not required. - Proficiency in standard software tools (Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Slack); willingness to learn Autodesk tools, Asana, Bluebeam Studio, Callback One, and GitHub.
