People Experience and Wellbeing Advisor

The main purpose of the role will be to oversee the successful execution of our People Experience and Wellbeing offerings, in line with our People Experience & Reward Strategy. This will include: - Delivering on the short, medium, and long-term company objectives for creating a thriving workforce, where holistic wellbeing outcomes are prioritised for all our colleagues by: - Supporting the delivery of people experience and wellbeing programmes and associated policies and processes, with a focus on adding value by linking in with our benefit propositions and maximising collaboration with our many networks, both internal and external. - Providing education and communication about people experience and wellbeing to our colleagues at all levels in the organisation, leading to reduced sickness absence, greater productivity, and increased engagement. This role will be a remote, fixed term contract for 6 months and will require occasional travel to offices. #LI-JK1
