Role Description The Commercial Manager will lead a team, be self-motivated, disciplined and commercially astute with the ability to identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks, taking ownership and responsibility. The main purpose of the role will be to oversee the successful execution of our People Experience and Wellbeing offerings, in line with our People Experience & Reward Strategy.
