SAP Presales Lead – Solution Architecture

• Provide presales leadership for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition pursuits by setting the vision and standards for discovery, demonstration, solution positioning, and scope integrity. • Own and continuously improve the presales approach, demo strategy, and best practices. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle. • Lead the integration of SAP’s AI roadmap into the sales motion. • Identify, analyze, and define customer requirements to develop and maintain standardized product demonstrations. • Play a key role in the end-to-end sales cycle by leading discovery sessions and facilitating solution demonstrations.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise presales, consulting, or solution leadership roles (player/coach).
  • Strong familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, or similarly systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition is also advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading or supporting mid-sized to large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to map solutions effectively.
  • Solid grasp of sales methodologies and the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders.

Role Description The Network Solutions Architect partners with the 11:11 Systems sales team to both acquire new customers and grow existing customer accounts, leading pre-sales technical discussions with a particular emphasis on WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, Internet, private connectivity, and managed network services. This is a full-time US-based remote position and will report to the Director of Solutions Architecture. Responsibilities: - Participate in multiple concurrent sales opportunities, acting as the network subject-matter expert during discovery, design, and proposal stages. - Design customer solutions by using a consultative selling approach to identify client business and technical issues, determine desired outcomes, and architect network and managed telecom solutions that utilize 11:11 System’s Network as a Service products and services. - Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and others) to design, document, price, and quote end-to-end solutions for presentation to the customer, including network diagrams, bandwidth calculations, and resiliency designs. - Provide an in-depth overview of 11:11 System’s network and connectivity architecture and proprietary product capabilities, articulating how these deliver differentiated value in the market. - Continually seek industry and market information related to networking, cloud connectivity, and managed telecom to provide 11:11 Systems with data necessary for successful business development and roadmap input. - Represent 11:11 Systems at public events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer briefings, acting as a brand ambassador and thought leader for network and managed services. - Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with the 11:11 Systems Code of Business Ethics and Company Values, and adhering to company data handling, security, and privacy policies.
