• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, shaping how they use PIM to drive business outcomes • Design scalable, future-proof solution architectures across data models, integrations, and workflows • Work across sales, product, and delivery teams to influence both pre-sales and implementation success • Drive innovation through AI and automation to improve data quality, efficiency, and customer experience • Lead the design of end-to-end PIM solutions, including data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks • Run workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business goals and product data challenges • Support and guide implementation teams (both Inriver and partners), ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards, and alignment with best practices • Share expertise across internal teams including Product Management and Support.

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design • Work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment • Explore a range of possibilities and creative alternatives to identify the most effective solutions • Ensure that designed solutions are implemented in accordance with client expectations and company standards • Assist in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions

• Collaborate with clients to define and document initial system requirements and enhancements needed for major changes to existing builds • Act as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol for studies with moderate to high complexity • Author specifications for IRT, randomization and kit lists, and interfaces • Build effective partnerships with other internal teams to move project through all phases of the development process. • Support UAT setup and execution • Continuous learning on company platform and offerings as they evolve

• Providing business, technical, architectural, and engineering guidance to development teams, business groups, and customers • Directing day-to-day activities assigned to your areas of responsibility • Collaboratively conducting analysis of alternatives with the solutions architect • Actively participating in Scrum meetings • Identifying solutions based on business and technical criteria • Researching current and emerging technologies and process methodologies • Providing updates to internal and external stakeholders on project cost, schedule, and quality
