Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. We hire strictly based on merit, meaning we seek out the candidates with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills considered the most suitable for the job. The campaigns are fast-moving, multi-timezone, and high-stakes. This role is the operational counterpart to the London-based marketing hire — the person on the ground making sure every campaign asset is in place, every event is tracked, every report lands on time, and nothing falls through the cracks. You're not setting strategy, but you're the reason strategy actually becomes results. What you'll do 🎯 Campaign Execution & Operations - Implement and manage marketing campaigns for live seminars and virtual events across multiple regions. - Ensure all campaign assets — ads, creatives, videos, and copy — are in place and delivered on schedule. - Oversee campaign setup and scheduling across multiple platforms in coordination with the GHL Automation Specialist. - Monitor workflows, triggers, and automated communications to ensure campaigns are running as intended. - Support copywriting and content preparation by managing review workflows and timelines. 📊 Data Reporting & Performance Tracking - Extract, validate, and maintain daily reports on event registrations, attendance, and sales. - Monitor campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI, flagging anomalies and ensuring data accuracy. - Produce dashboards and performance reports for leadership to support decision-making. - Maintain accurate records across Salesforce and GHL — deduplication, updates, and regular clean-up in coordination with the GHL Specialist. 🤝 Team, Supplier & Cross-Timezone Coordination - Act as the operational link between marketing, sales, suppliers (ad buyers, designers, videographers, speakers), and integrations teams. - Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across US, UK, AU, and NZ time zones. - Ensure supplier deliverables arrive on time and meet campaign requirements. - Flag bottlenecks early and escalate issues before they impact campaign delivery. 📣 Event & Communication Support - Track attendance and sales for all events, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. - Coordinate event-related communications — registrant reminders, follow-ups, and post-event sequences. - Prepare internal and external communications aligned with campaign requirements. - Support broadcast scheduling and waitlist coordination inside GHL. 🌐 Social Media & Online Reputation - Manage posting schedules and ensure social content goes out on-brand and on time. - Monitor reviews and online reputation across Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and other relevant platforms. - Track engagement and prepare performance summaries for leadership. ⚡ Continuous Improvement & Ad-Hoc Projects - Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical solutions for smoother campaign execution. - Support report automation, system enhancements, and process documentation. - Assist with additional marketing operations projects as they come up. About you - Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor. - Fluent in written and verbal English (professional communication required). - Must have your own laptop/computer and secure, high-speed internet. - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or a similar execution-focused marketing role. - Proven background in direct response marketing — ideally with exposure to event-based campaigns (seminars, webinars, virtual events). - Comfortable working inside GoHighLevel for campaign monitoring, communication scheduling, and basic workflow management. - Data-driven mindset — owns KPI reporting and can produce accurate performance dashboards for leadership. - Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and managing cross-functional deliverables. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball. Bonus points for 🌟 Hands-on Salesforce experience — pipeline reporting, data management, or CRM maintenance. 🌟 Background in FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, or financial education industries. 🌟 Experience working with ad buyers, creative teams, or external agencies on campaign delivery. 🌟 Familiarity with Zapier or other no-code automation tools. 🌟 Copywriting or copy-editing experience, or proven ability to manage copywriters. 🌟 Experience in fast-paced startup or global matrixed environments.
