Staff Performance Data Analyst

Hack The Box

• Use data to prove the ROI of our cybersecurity training platform • Navigate complex datasets using SQL and Python • Present insights to executive-level stakeholders • Partner with stakeholders in Federal agencies to translate their specific security compliance needs into data-driven success plans • Use Python and SQL to extract and manipulate large datasets • Create interactive dashboards and presentations to showcase ROI and performance metrics • Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs to identify "high-risk" cohorts • Provide tailored recommendations to clients

Job Requirements

  • Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases
  • Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis
  • Mastery of Looker, or other visualization tools, to create "at-a-glance" executive views and deep-dive operational reports
  • High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)
  • Understanding of churn metrics, adoption rates, engagement funnels, and learning metrics
  • Familiarity with client success metrics. Familiarity with the ed tech industry is a plus
