This position is responsible for delivering timely, accurate analytics and reporting that empower clinical and operational leaders to make confident, informed decisions. Beyond traditional data support, this role serves as a key contributor to the organization’s AI enablement strategy—implementing, monitoring, and supporting AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency and outcomes across the enterprise. The Data Analyst brings technical fluency in data tools alongside strong interpersonal skills that bridge the gap between complex data and the frontline teams who rely on it. This person is intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by the opportunity to help a mission-driven healthcare organization make the most of its data and emerging technologies. Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a closely related field—OR equivalent practical experience demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or equivalent role. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable dashboard/visualization tools preferred. Experience supporting or training end users on data or technology tools preferred. Familiarity with healthcare data, clinical terminology, or electronic medical record (EMR) systems a plus but not required. Demonstrated experience working with or implementing AI-enabled tools or automated workflows preferred. Valir Health values demonstrated skills and hands-on experience with data and tools. Equivalent practical experience will be given full consideration in lieu of formal credentials.
