Technical Account Manager, Pricing and Reference Datafeeds

• Serve as an internal and external point of expertise for PRD clients, helping to facilitate escalations, concerns, and overall account sentiment • Apply FactSet proprietary coding and screening expertise to support client technical and workflow needs, translating business objectives into data logic and queries • Consult with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to advise on PRD content, enhancements, upsell opportunities, and any risks • Close collaboration with DSO Implementation, client services, and with Level 2 Data Excellence teams • Proactively partner with client services to identify gaps, enhancements, and trends in the PRD solutions to address with internal and external stakeholders • Liaise the troubleshooting of complex data issues, reconciling of mismatches, and resolution of challenges with feed integrations to maintain consistency and reliability • Develop training materials and deliver sessions (internal and external) to promote understanding of client PRD processes • Deliver ongoing education and mentorship for colleagues and clients—helping them better leverage core PRD capabilities and how they are being used by clients • Contribute to product development initiatives and fact-finding for new data features and content launches based on client feedback • Cross regional collaboration standards to ensure consistent approach to existing and prospective PRD clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years of extensive, hands-on experience with client accounts and financial instruments
- Experience with SQL, Python or other data modelling and scripting tools
- Experience working with large, complex, and multi-asset class datasets
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role within financial data or analytics industry
- Knowledge of industry standards for securities identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, SEDOL, etc.) and reference data management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

The TFA is responsible for reviewing plant engineering documents and P&ID’s, troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment, planning, organizing, integrating and direction of resources such as labor, tools and materials as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. The primary responsibility of the TFA is to safely manage the maintenance and repair of the various equipment used in power generation applications. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our Steam Power vision and align with our organization’s core values. This position is available remotely within the U.S. and expected to travel 80% annually. Travel will primarily be within the U.S. but may include international travel to Canada. Continuous employment is dependent on successful completion of formal training provided by General Electric. Overview Modern Treasury is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the end to end post-sale customer journey from onboarding and implementation through long-term operation and growth. This is a technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and payments teams to design, operate, and scale reliable money movement systems using Modern Treasury’s APIs. You will act as both a technical advisor and account owner, responsible not just for integrations, but for helping customers run mission-critical financial infrastructure with accuracy, reliability, and scale.
