• Own AEO strategy across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews • Map and optimize Modern Treasury's presence across the full LLM-ingested ecosystem (HackerNews, Reddit, G2, TrustRadius, YouTube etc.) to improve AI-driven discoverability and citation weight • Define and own the topic cluster and authority map for Modern Treasury's core categories: payment orchestration, PSP architecture, ACH and RTP infrastructure, stablecoin rails, ledger systems, reconciliation, embedded payments, sub-account systems, multi-rail money movement • Build evaluation content for technical and operational buyers, build vs. buy frameworks, comparison pages, architecture guides, implementation patterns • Partner with founders, executives, and engineering SMEs to translate product and market shifts into authoritative content • Own SEO and AEO performance analytics, connecting organic performance to pipeline and revenue • Partner with a design engineer on technical SEO standards, schema, and structured data. You set the standard, they own execution.

• Lead application security across our payment platform, including secure code review, threat modeling, and security architecture for new products • Own product security for new payment rails, including FBO account structures, stablecoin integration, and enhanced compliance features • Design and implement DevSecOps tooling and automation to improve security posture across CI/CD and infrastructure • Partner with engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle through automation, secure design patterns, and security champions • Drive security architecture decisions for customer-facing APIs, authentication systems, and data protection controls • Build monitoring and detection capabilities for application-layer threats, API abuse, and fraud patterns • Design infrastructure monitoring, automation, and remediation practices that keep our systems resilient and trustworthy • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure product features meet regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, state money transmission) • Influence technical strategy across Product, Platform, and Infrastructure teams on security and risk management

Overview Modern Treasury is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the end to end post-sale customer journey from onboarding and implementation through long-term operation and growth. This is a technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and payments teams to design, operate, and scale reliable money movement systems using Modern Treasury’s APIs. You will act as both a technical advisor and account owner, responsible not just for integrations, but for helping customers run mission-critical financial infrastructure with accuracy, reliability, and scale. Modern Treasury leverages AI heavily. This role is best suited for someone who is already using AI tools and is eager to continue pushing the envelope on AI best practices.
