Beyond traditional data support, this role serves as a key contributor to the organization’s AI enablement strategy—implementing, monitoring, and supporting AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency and outcomes across the enterprise. The Data Analyst brings technical fluency in data tools alongside strong interpersonal skills that bridge the gap between complex data and the frontline teams who rely on it. This person is intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by the opportunity to help a mission-driven healthcare organization make the most of its data and emerging technologies. Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a closely related field—OR equivalent practical experience demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or equivalent role. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable dashboard/visualization tools preferred.
