Role Description The QA Engineer is responsible for identifying issues with software before products reach end users. We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation of customer communication platforms (CCaaS and UCaaS). In this role, you will manage full-cycle onboarding projects, configure and deploy communication systems, support technical integrations, and ensure a seamless go-live experience for clients. You will act as the primary implementation owner, bridging technical execution with strong client-facing communication and project delivery discipline.
