• Own the sales process from end to end. • This includes developing account plans to generate pipeline, securing contracts from brands and transitioning campaigns to execution teams. • Penetrate and develop high level customer relationships with senior leadership. • Develop strategies to position VMS media solutions to align with brand needs and bundle VMS products to maximize deal size, duration and close rate. • Deliver the business expectations, which includes carrying an individual quota >$10M. • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting utilizing existing CRM tool. • Management of 1 Account Manager and collaboration with cross-functionals to support the sales process & deployment of campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years industry experience in CPG marketing/sales organizations with knowledge of Brand, Retail, Shopper Marketing and Retail Media landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving >100% on an individual quota of $6M+
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Hunter mentality.

Our Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know Our ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers’ usage of the our ecosystem of products. Additional Notes: They are expected to make around 250-300 calls a day on marketing provided leads . So warm dialing, no cold calling.
