• Primary contact for the service quality of our solutions at our key enterprise customers • Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our messaging infrastructure in production • Monitoring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs • Preparation of technical service reports and conducting regular service review meetings • Coordination during critical operational incidents between customer IT teams and our internal technical departments • Supporting the transition of new features from project phase into steady-state operations • Advising customers on potential further developments and identifying opportunities for technical enhancements
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management, as a Service Delivery Manager or in technical account management (SaaS/IT infrastructure)
- Confident in applying IT service management methods (e.g., the ITIL framework)
- Experience owning or managing IT services for large enterprise customers
- Strong affinity for software architectures (APIs, cloud infrastructure, on-premise)
- Business-fluent German and very good English are essential

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
