About the role The Out of Home (OOH) Specialist is responsible for planning, buying, executing, and optimizing out-of-home advertising campaigns across traditional and digital formats. This includes billboards, transit, retail media, experiential, and place-based media. The role focuses on delivering high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and performance objectives for B2B/Enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute OOH and DOOH media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives - Research and recommend optimal locations, formats, and media owners - Negotiate media rates and placements with vendors and media owners - Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI - Oversee creative specifications, production, and support trafficking of assets - Monitor campaign delivery, performance, and compliance - Analyze campaign effectiveness using footfall, impressions, reach, and attribution data - Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations - Stay up to date with industry trends, new formats, and technology in OOH - Collaborate with creative, digital, PR, and brand teams for integrated campaigns - Manage supplier and media owner relationships Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - 5+ years’ experience in B2B/Enterprise OOH, media buying, media planning, or related role - Experience working within media agencies, media owners, or in-house marketing teams - Familiarity with OOH planning tools and audience measurement systems - Understanding of audience targeting and location-based data. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred) - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience buying US and international, not exclusively LATAM.
