ENG
• Lead and oversee electrical BIM execution across projects, ensuring models and deliverables are accurate, constructible, and aligned with client standards. • Act as a technical reference for electrical systems, codes, and best practices. • Coordinate internal teams (modelers and specialists) and interface with clients, contractors, and other trades. • Participate in project setup, scope definition, and execution strategy. • Drive QA/QC and constructability reviews, identifying clashes and design risks early. • Support and mentor team members, promoting technical autonomy and quality culture. • Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and BIM innovation. • Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership on scheduling, priorities, and resource planning.
Job Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (absolutely mandatory).
- Strong background in Electrical BIM/VDC for complex construction projects.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating electrical BIM teams or scopes.
- Solid knowledge of electrical construction standards, codes, and field practices.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination.
- Strong communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
- Experience working on US-market projects is highly valued.
