Since 2000, we’ve evolved and built unique technology that enables seamless multilingual communication. Our worldwide network of language experts, together with our intuitive online platform, empowers brands to translate and manage multilingual content effortlessly. The role you’ll play As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, you won’t just ship code — you’ll own outcomes. You’ll be part of a product-driven team that builds, runs, and continuously improves the platform our translators, customers, and internal experts rely on. From idea to production and beyond, you’ll take responsibility for creating value, ensuring quality, and operating what you build in a cloud-native environment. Your focus will be modernizing and extending our front end (Vue.js + TypeScript), while also diving into our PHP or .NET solutions and databases when needed. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX, and your teammates to deliver features that make a real difference — not just lines of code. The team you’ll be a part of We are evolving from a feature factory to a product team mindset. That means we value outcomes over output, continuous delivery over long release cycles, and shared ownership over silos. Our suite of PHP and .NET solutions powers the LanguageWire platform, and as part of the team you’ll make sure those services are reliable, scalable, and delivering maximum value to our users. What you’ll do - Take end-to-end ownership of features and services: from design and coding to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance (“You build it, you run it”). - Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape solutions that solve real user problems. - Modernize and expand our front end while contributing to backend services and databases. - Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of new product capabilities. - Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines to deliver frequently and with confidence. - Ensure quality through testing (TDD/BDD), code reviews, and proactive issue prevention. - Apply best practices in DevOps, Automation, and Operational Excellence. - Share knowledge with the team. In one year, you’ll know you were successful if… - You’ve delivered meaningful features that are used and loved by our customers. - You’ve improved the reliability and delivery speed of our platform through better CI/CD and DevOps practices. - You’re recognized as a go-to person for product and technical leadership within the team. - You and your team feel true ownership of the product, celebrating outcomes instead of just output. Desired experience and competencies What does it take to work for LanguageWire? What we’re looking for - A product mindset: you care about solving problems, not just completing tickets. - Strong full stack experience: - Backend: C#, .NET Core 10, PHP, microservices - Databases: MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL - Frontend: Vue.js and/or TypeScript mainly - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices. - Hands-on DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform, Helm), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Proven ability to mentor, collaborate across disciplines, and elevate team practices. - Comfortable in agile environments, actively shaping team ceremonies, planning, and retrospectives. Why join us At LanguageWire, you’ll join a culture where developers own their products end-to-end, continuously learn, and directly see the impact of their work on users worldwide. If you’re motivated by outcomes, thrive in CI/CD environments, and want to shape both code and product, this is the role for you. Our perks - Enjoy flat hierarchies, responsibility and freedom, direct feedback, and room to stand up for your own ideas - Internal development opportunities, ongoing support from your People Partner, and an inclusive and fun company culture - International company with over 300 employees. Offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, Varberg, London, Leuven, Lille, Paris, Munich, Hamburg, Kiev, Atlanta, Finland and Valencia - We take care of our people and initiate many social get-togethers from Friday Bars to Summer or Christmas parties.
