Role Description Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in electronics and business development? Do you want to grow and own the German market while working fully remotely? ICAPE Group is looking for you. Your mission: - You will be a key driver of ICAPE’s business growth in Germany, fully remote, with regular customer interactions. - You will develop long‑term partnerships and deliver customized technical solutions to the electronics industry. Our solutions include: - Cable assemblies - Transformers - Keypads & displays - Metal & plastic technical parts Your responsibilities: - Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Germany. - Manage and grow existing customer accounts. - Achieve and exceed sales & revenue targets. - Understand customer needs and translate them into technical & supply‑chain solutions. - Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations. - Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Supply Chain. - Monitor customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement. - Frequent travel to visit customers and prospects. - Report regularly to management on sales results, pipeline and opportunities. Qualifications - 2–3+ years of sales experience in electronics (mandatory). - Technical background preferred (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required). - Fluent German and advanced English (written & spoken). - Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines. - Open mindset for international and multicultural collaboration. - Willingness to travel regularly.
