Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and scale revenue across digital channels. This is a remote growth marketing role ideal for data-driven marketers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and content to develop and execute strategies that generate measurable growth. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, partnerships) - Manage and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns with clear ROI targets - Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC - Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar - Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and revenue outcomes - Build and scale email marketing and automation workflows, including segmentation and lifecycle campaigns - Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scalable acquisition strategies - Work with design and development teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys
Job Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and customer acquisition strategies
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-first approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B environments is a strong plus

Title: Senior Marketing Specialist, User Acquisition Location: Denver United States Hybrid, Denver Full time Job Description: Ibotta is looking for a data-driven Senior Marketing Specialist, User Acquisition to drive user growth, and brand visibility through digital media and T.V. campaigns. This role is responsible for managing new user acquisition strategies across digital channels to achieve growth goals.
