Qualifications - 8+ years of experience with Data Science, big data technologies, and Machine Learning. - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field. - A strong analytical thinker who moves comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution. - Highly proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in analytics tools and BI platforms. - Experienced working in SaaS environments with complex, multi-source data. - Comfortable owning data quality, structure, and reporting foundations, not just modeling. - Able to simplify complex findings into practical recommendations. - Energized by autonomy and motivated by building systems that scale. - Collaborative and impact-driven, with an appreciation for nonprofit technology and fundraising outcomes. - Curious about AI and applied machine learning, and excited to integrate intelligence into real-world workflows.
