Visit mxdusa.org to learn more. Overview MxD is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple roles. This individual will partner closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team at MxD and hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Intake & Hiring Strategy - Partner with P&C and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes - Lead or support intake calls and document hiring criteria, timelines, and expectations - Ensure alignment on interview structure and candidate evaluation approach 2. Candidate Review & Screening - Review incoming applications against job qualifications - Conduct initial resume screenings and identify qualified candidates - Maintain clear documentation for candidate progression or disposition decisions 3. Candidate Outreach & Engagement - Conduct outreach via ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn, email, or phone - Manage candidate communication throughout early stages - Ensure timely, professional follow-up 4. Phone Screens / Initial Interviews - Conduct structured phone screens (up to 45 minutes) - Assess compensation expectations, qualifications, work authorization, and availability - Document interview notes and recommendations 5. Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars - Ensure a seamless interview experience 6.
