Your Role: - Creating advertising game videos; - Editing videos according to the requirements of social networks (visual frame changes, resizing, quality optimization); - Processing graphic materials; - 2D/3D animation; - Generating new ideas and concepts for advertising videos; - Tracking trends and analyzing the visual aspects of the market. Position Overview The Instructional Designer – HCM Change Enablement plays a critical role in enabling employees, managers, and HR partners to successfully adopt changes to Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes. This role designs and develops engaging learning experiences that support HCM programs, projects, and recurring release cycles (e.g., Workday, UKG). The Instructional Designer works closely with the Change Enablement Lead, Training & Adoption Coordinator, HRIS/Configuration teams, and the Communications Team to ensure learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational change strategies. Key Responsibilities Learning Design & Development - Design and develop high-quality learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, and micro-learning assets. - Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create impactful, learner-centric training. - Build and maintain modular content that can be quickly updated to align with recurring HCM system releases. - Leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to deliver professional and accessible content. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement - Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness (completion rates, knowledge assessments, adoption metrics). - Continuously update and refine training based on learner feedback, adoption outcomes, and system release changes. - Stay current with emerging instructional design trends, technologies, and best practices in HR tech learning.
