• Lead and manage the Transportation Design Division, including project managers and design staff • Oversee multiple transportation design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance • Serve as a senior client contact for transportation-related work • Support and drive business development efforts, including client relationships and pursuits • Collaborate with leadership to grow the transportation division and expand market presence • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong team culture and technical excellence • Ensure consistent application of QA/QC processes and high-quality project delivery • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in project oversight
