Develops IP verification plans, test benches, and the verification environment to ensure coverage to confirm microarchitecture specifications. Executes verification plans and defines and runs system simulation models to verify the design, analyze power and timing, and uncover bugs. Replicates, root causes, and debugs issues in the pre-silicon environment. Finds and implements corrective measures to resolve failing tests. Collaborates with architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to improve verification of complex architectural and microarchitectural features. Documents test plans and drives technical reviews of plans and proofs with design and architecture teams. Maintains and improves existing functional verification infrastructure and methodology. Participates in the definition of verification infrastructure and related TFMs needed for functional design verification. Position Overview The Instructional Designer – HCM Change Enablement plays a critical role in enabling employees, managers, and HR partners to successfully adopt changes to Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes. This role designs and develops engaging learning experiences that support HCM programs, projects, and recurring release cycles (e.g., Workday, UKG). The Instructional Designer works closely with the Change Enablement Lead, Training & Adoption Coordinator, HRIS/Configuration teams, and the Communications Team to ensure learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational change strategies. Key Responsibilities Learning Design & Development - Design and develop high-quality learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, and micro-learning assets. - Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create impactful, learner-centric training. - Build and maintain modular content that can be quickly updated to align with recurring HCM system releases. - Leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to deliver professional and accessible content.
