General Counsel

GAN Integrity

• Own the full commercial contracting lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer MSAs, order forms, data processing agreements, SLAs, NDAs, and renewals for an enterprise SaaS business. • Act as the primary legal partner to Sales and Deal Desk, giving fast, practical guidance on deal structure, contract risk, and customer requests that fall outside the standard template. • Build and maintain standard templates, redline playbooks, and fallback positions so the business can move at speed without losing legal protection. • Own the global data privacy program, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable frameworks across all operating jurisdictions. • Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People team on employment matters across every jurisdiction where we employ staff, including the US, Denmark, the UK, and other active markets. • Advise on legal and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions where we operate, including the US, Denmark, the UK, and other EU and APAC markets. • Support the CEO and CFO on corporate governance, including Board preparation, equity plan administration, and investor documentation.

Job Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one US state bar in good standing, New York preferred.
  • 5-7 years of legal experience, ideally combining law firm training with in-house work at a technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong commercial contracting background, with real experience drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS or technology agreements.
  • Hands-on GDPR and data privacy experience, including DPAs, SCCs, and cross-border transfer frameworks.
  • Practical employment law experience across several US states, with some exposure to European employment matters.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain legal issues plainly to colleagues who are not lawyers, at every level, including the executive team and Board.

Additionally, the National Senior Advisor collaborates with other fundraising teams on large, complex gift and relationship opportunities as needed. an - Actively identifies and develops donor relationships, executing tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans to ensure that revenue goals are met and mission priorities are funded. Develops depth of mission knowledge and insight needed to effectively communicate with donors. Provides leadership and management for all assigned prospects in portfolio. Engages in a variety of communications with donors, including face-to-face meetings and engaging appropriate internal partners and volunteers. - Manages proposal development and submission processes, including preparing proposals, reports, and other well-written, compelling, and consistent documents that meet the strategic direction and funding needs of the Association in alignment with donor goals. Utilizes standard funding opportunity template resources and co-creates novel, mission-aligned gift opportunities with funders as appropriate. Presents the agreed-upon number of proposals to achieve established annual performance goals. - Conducts internal and external research on prospective donors and builds an understanding of the goals of funders as they correspond to the Association’s mission. Identifies and matches potential funders across the country and, at times, globally for priority project funding. Continually adds to the portfolio pipeline to ensure adequate support and achievement of goals. - Records donor plans and activity in customer relationship management tool and provides regular progress reporting as requested. Compensation & Benefits Salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $90,000.00 to $112,200.00, with a maximum of $130,000.00.
