Contract Database Support Subject Matter Expert, SME
Grey Consulting
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for the contract data environment, including SharePoint Online lists, Power BI dashboards (10–15), PRISM report outputs, and Power Platform tools • Design, develop, modify, test, document, and maintain database fields, tables, forms, queries, reports, and interactive dashboards • Extract, validate, and update contract and procurement data from PRISM and related systems to ensure accuracy and support decision-making • Perform functional and regression testing, prepare technical documentation, and provide user guidance • Support potential future migration to a new integrated contract writing and financial system, including creation of a legacy data repository (advisory/planning support only)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management)
- SME-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and modern database tools
- Demonstrated experience maintaining and enhancing Government-managed contract data repositories and analytics platforms
- Strong skills in data extraction, validation, reporting, and dashboard development
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues and support data integrity during system transitions
- Excellent documentation and knowledge-transfer skills required
