• Operate on-site to perform fundamental preventive maintenance and minor repairs on NCS vehicle wash equipment and accessories • Perform basic service work on vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including fundamental troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to identify needed corrective action • Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems as necessary • Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision • Run equipment through "cycles" to ensure basic system functioning • Assist in advising customers of necessary service work and basic recommendations regarding replacement of worn or damaged parts • Inspect equipment to ensure proper function • Provide basic information to customers regarding proper operation and general maintenance of equipment • Develop and maintain good rapport with customers, striving to provide positive service • Deliver parts or supplies to customers when needed • Complete work orders, expense reports, and daily/weekly time logs accurately • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment changes or modifications through training seminars, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins • Assist in maintaining proper inventory of parts on service vehicles • Comply with all service policies and procedures • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or difficulties • Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies • Other job-related duties as assigned

• Travel to Clarity site launch locations to provide real-time troubleshooting and on-the-spot training to field crews as they begin using the platform. • Serve as the primary point of contact during initial site launches, embodying a 'teach the teacher' approach to empower clients for future self-sufficiency. • Effectively resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and maintaining a positive customer experience. • Manage high-pressure situations, providing calm and effective solutions to urgent problems. • Utilize networking and connectivity experience, as well as hardware/software installation knowledge, to address technical challenges. • Demonstrate strong logical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues. • Maintain clear and efficient communication with the centralized command center, providing detailed and accurate information for further troubleshooting. • Capture and document relevant details regarding issues and solutions for future reference and process improvement. • Represent the AMP brand professionally and positively during the critical early stages of client relationships. • Build rapport quickly with new clients, establishing trust and ensuring a positive onboarding experience. • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining AMP's reputation for 'white glove' support. • Deliver comprehensive training on the Clarity platform to field crews, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize the system. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to more efficient onboarding and enhanced customer satisfaction. • When not launching new sites, travel to existing customer sites that require additional in-person training or troubleshooting on any of the AMP platforms. • Travel extensively, including weekends, to support site launches and customer visits. • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of on-site support and client needs.

• Build and manage field service team of 12 – 15 employees • Manages service team members in Southern Texas • Manage scheduling and training of field service technicians and chemical delivery specialists • Establish performance goals for designated team of technicians • Coach and guide direct reports in safety compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and continuing education in field operations • Monitor and manage expenses, revenue, and margin targets • Prepare and control operational budgets and inventory • Communicate with customer and travel to assigned locations • Act as primary point of resolution for escalating customer issues and/or complaints • Monitor service metrics and KPIs

• Responsible for prospecting, retaining and growing sales in regard to NCS cleaning solutions product sales • Research companies and build targeting prospect lists • Develop compelling and meaningful value to customers using insight, business analysis, and problem solving • Provide professional and technical expertise in the delivery and usage of NCS products • Keep Salesforce.com up to date and report business metrics as required • Collect overdue invoices from customers and maintain D.S.O. ratio at or below company standards

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and lakehouse architecture • Develop and maintain SQL-based and PySpark transformations • Own data ingestion across enterprise sources • Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements • Develop Tableau data sources and enabling self-service analytics • Implement data quality practices and monitor pipelines • Establish standards for data modeling and pipeline architecture • Support AI workflows by providing curated data access • Manage platform configuration, cost, and performance • Troubleshoot data issues and resolve root causes
