• The Threat Assessment Manager will be responsible for comprehensive threat assessment management for client staff and operations, while contributing to and protecting client culture and business interests. • This role provides behavioral threat assessments, case management, and other related security management services to address external threats to the client company. • The scope of the role pertains to threats to life safety to the company, employees, and partner community as directed by the client. • Threat Managers will perform these tasks using client-supplied equipment, network access, and information platforms. • Develop and maintain comprehensive threat research regionally. • Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage global threats to executive staff and employees. • Produce actionable and concise threat analysis products in a timely manner to inform cross-functional groups, executive staff protection, and enterprise-wide security operations. • Work with and guide open-source intelligence analysts, utilizing law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and the deep/dark web for known and potential threats capable of impacting executive staff, employees, or the business partner community. • Manage Safety and Security team relationships with local law enforcement partners and other investigative, research, and intelligence groups and vendors. • Work closely with the client's customer service team members on threats. • Maintain global situational awareness of potential and developing threats and prepare impact analyses. • Work on complex security incidents with multiple stakeholders, including those without experience in the threat and intelligence fields. • Lead regional cross-functional program syncs to educate and develop improved threat capabilities. • Assist in program development with workflow creation, threat methodology research, and other planning products. • Have a team-focused approach to problem-solving. • Be comfortable communicating with everyone from senior executives to entry-level employees. • Have the ability to translate complex security issues in a way that your specific audience can consume and understand them. • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

• Maintain the ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and manage threats of violence toward global offices, executives, and employees. • Utilize evidence-based risk assessment and threat assessment tools, backed by relevant training and experience. • Deliver timely and actionable workplace violence prevention assessments to support executive protection and enterprise-wide security operations. • Conduct research using open-source intelligence, law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and deep/dark web resources to identify known and potential threats impacting offices, executives, and employees. • Foster effective relationships with local law enforcement partners, investigative teams, research organizations, and intelligence vendors to enhance safety and security efforts. • Collaborate effectively with our Community Support, Executive Protection, Global Threat Assessment, Regional Security Management, and Open Source Intelligence team members on related threats. • Develop and manage the life cycle of cases that may impact the business, executives, and employees. • Maintain global situational awareness of potential and developing threats and prepare impact analyses for leadership. • Partner closely with global teams such as Employee Relations, Legal, Regional Security, and Talent partners on internal employee investigations • Draft clear and concise reports and conduct briefings that provide fact-based conclusions and case management recommendations to inform security decision-making for offices, executives, and employees. • Perform behavior-based threat assessments in both direct and indirect settings. • Perform after-action reviews and manage the reporting of corrective action efforts. • Provide outcome summaries and investigation reports to Stakeholders. • Implement a program improvement cycle of plan, equip, train/exercise, and remediate. • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and assisting with conducting video screenings. • Coordinate all interview logistics — including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and client partners. • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication, clear updates, and thoughtful coordination. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting stages in our Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Track key data to support hiring managers and internal team members. • Manage internal and external calendars for interviews, meetings, and recruiting events. • Help organize and coordinate recruiting initiatives such as career fairs, alumni outreach, and sourcing projects. • Research and recommend new tools or strategies for reaching active and passive candidates. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to meet hiring goals.

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, from intake through offer and onboarding, across multiple concurrent high-volume requisitions • Conduct high-volume video interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and provide structured recommendations to hiring managers and clients • Partner directly with C-suite executives and client hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and guide hiring decisions with data-driven insights • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate matching, streamline workflow automation, and reduce time-to-fill • Facilitate calendar management and scheduling of internal and external interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients; manage candidates through offer negotiations • Support hiring team debriefs with internal teams and/or clients; guide teams to final candidates with structured evaluation frameworks • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, detailed communication, and consistent touchpoints throughout the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to maintain candidate records, track pipeline status, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; maintain positive rapport with external partners • Act as a brand ambassador by leading external recruiting activities, including recruiting events, alumni groups, job fairs, and other outreach opportunities • Support HR and Marketing in developing branded collateral and an external strategy to attract top talent • Support additional projects as needed

• Source and onboard subcontractors, verifying that all required credentials are in place prior to field deployment, including security licenses, guard cards, insurance certificates, and background check clearances. • Maintain the subcontractor compliance database, tracking license expiration dates, insurance renewals, and background check status, and following up proactively on upcoming expirations. • Support vendor and subcontractor contract administration, including filing executed agreements, tracking renewal dates, and flagging terms that require Legal review. • Assist in competitive bidding processes (RFPs, RFQs) for key spend categories under the direction of senior leadership. • Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels and escalate issues as needed. • Track procurement spend against budget, flag anomalies, and prepare routine reports for management. • Ensure all purchasing activity complies with company policies, applicable regulations, and client-specific security requirements. • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance to support cross-functional procurement needs. • Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Conform with and abide by all company regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

• Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations. • Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric’s suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator (15-20 regular clients, other clients as assigned). • Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions given the parameters of known client preferences, history of engagement with the client, and the security environment of each task. • Coordinate with Concentric’s internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met. • Liaise with internal teams to develop Concentric’s overall strategy for each client. • Receive client feedback directly and incorporate changes to Concentric client portfolios. • Serve as the primary point of contact for regular and ad hoc tasks initiated by assigned clients (typically, 5-10 tasks per week). • Maintain responsibility for: vendor engagement, facilitation of pre-employment screening, facilitation of onboarding paperwork, and management of vendor relationships in the long term.

• Conduct continuous collection and review of open source information utilizing multiple systems and sources to detect potential threats. • Actively monitor travel safety and security of clients on a global, 24/7 basis. • Continuously monitor global open-source intelligence (OSINT), media channels, and specialized threat feeds to detect and assess real-time and emerging threats. • Identify and track geopolitical, environmental, criminal, cyber, health-related, or infrastructure risks that could affect client safety or business continuity. • Act as a primary node for threat-related communications, offering rapid situation awareness and actionable intelligence to stakeholders. • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders about relevant intelligence and threat information.

• Respond to requests from law enforcement and government authorities globally. • Review and assess requests related to critical safety incidents, emergency and emergency-in-progress situations that require timely and accurate response and engagement with Law Enforcement in order to keep the client community safe. • Identify and flag potentially high-risk requests for internal escalation and review to LE Ops management. • Investigate, track, analyze, and accurately respond to a variety of legal requests for user data, working directly with law enforcement authorities, government agencies, and court officials. • Comprehensively document investigation results and decisions. • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and accuracy while performing investigations. • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and provide recommendations on the best course of action for responding to requests. • Work with CS, Safety, and Trust teams to develop and refer relevant criminal matters to law enforcement authorities. • Demonstrate great judgment and be open to sharing best practices with your LE Ops colleagues. • Provide guidance and mentorship to other LE Ops associates; participate in the training of new associates. • Ensure that urgent cases are identified, actioned effectively, and handled in accordance with applicable laws and internal community standards and policies.

• Support the identification of and engagement with strategic partners and external partner opportunities that align with client trust and safety initiatives. • Serve as a champion for the client’s Trust organization and act as the primary contact for regional partners and/or organizations; occasional international and domestic travel required. • Support the development of programs, events, and presentations to deepen our engagement with safety experts, NGOs, and other stakeholders to strengthen trust on and off our platform. • Remain up to date on relevant industry issues that may impact strategic areas of focus. • Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals are met; support tracking budgets; regularly evaluate/report qualitative and quantitative impact metrics to Trust Partnerships managers. • Work cross-functionally across client teams, including Community Support, Public Policy, Communications, and others, to align strategy with broader company objectives and ensure procedures exist to optimize ways of working together to execute effectively and efficiently. • Be creative and strategic in partnerships to differentiate our clients’ work in innovative ways.

• Support social media and communications efforts through content organization and content creation. • Perform social media competitive analysis by tracking competitor activity, identifying engagement trends, and delivering actionable insights to inform content strategy and campaign planning. • Analyze marketing performance across social media, website, and campaigns by tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to evaluate campaign health and optimize future strategies. • Manage historical content by auditing, backdating, and retagging posts, while supporting asset library tagging to improve content discoverability and reporting accuracy. • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and promotional documents. • Provide general administrative and project support to the Growth Team. • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
