You will operate within agreed authorities, inspection and H&S standards with a clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery. • Provide on-site and remote leadership for wireless engineering teams • Oversee end-to-end wireless lifecycle activities: predictive design, active/passive surveys, validation surveys, installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting • Ensure all wireless designs and implementation activities comply with DoW, Air Force, Space Force, and industry standards • Review, validate, and approve predictive wireless designs, heatmaps, channel plans, AP placement, and performance modeling • Validate survey data (active, passive, and sensor-based) for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program-specific survey guidelines • Coordinate with the Site Implementation Lead on scheduling, resource management, risk identification, and daily task execution • Collaborate with network engineers to ensure proper integration of wireless LAN controller (WLC) configurations • Oversee quality assurance by inspecting installed APs, cabling, labeling, mounting, and wireless system configurations • Ensure accurate documentation including RF designs, survey reports, as builts, configuration files, and post-install validation • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for wireless performance, coverage, security, and spectrum issues • Develop status reports, contribute to briefings, and support weekly project meetings.

• Design and implement cross-product integration solutions across SSO, UX, APIs, and automated workflows • Build, test, deploy, and operate services end-to-end across the platform • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation on AWS • Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes-based orchestration • Develop features and automation using Python and C# • Ensure operational excellence by delivering highly available and scalable systems with monitoring, alerting, and incident response • Manage Work Order processes for onboarding internal applications and external customer identity providers • Own the full lifecycle of services including development, deployment, and production operations • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and integration across systems • Leverage AI code assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf) to enhance development efficiency

• Support the development and maintenance of corporate quality management system and quality policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards • Assist in the implementation of standardized supplier quality processes across Lines of Business and programs • Support corporate-level implementation initiatives for quality management processes including supplier approval, performance monitoring, and surveillance activities • Support the validation of corporate and supplier QMS certifications (ISO9001, AS9100) and maintain corporate supplier approval records • Support the development and maintenance of corporate-level quality performance metrics, KPIs and trend analyses across Lines of Business and programs • Facilitate communication and information sharing between Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management regarding quality initiatives and supplier quality improvement • Support corporate-level internal audits and Corrective Action logs, Risk logs, and Action Trackers related to Delivery+, quality management and supplier quality processes. • Support the identification and evaluation of lessons learned, best practices and opportunities for improvement in corporate quality processes and knowledge management. • Support the development, maintenance and delivery of training materials and curricula for quality processes, corporate requirements to Line of Business functional and program personnel
