Role Description The Junior Penetration Tester supports security assessments by planning and executing tests on web applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and other technologies connected to the client network. Key responsibilities include: - Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining development and pre-production environments so they remain aligned with production configurations. - Coordinating activities across development, pre-production, and production environments to ensure smooth transitions, consistent configuration management, and effective collaboration among technical teams. - Supporting test lifecycle activities, including aiding testers with test strategy development, overseeing test execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and analyzing and reporting test outcomes. - Driving environment automation, such as designing automation frameworks, developing scripts, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing processes. - Serving as a liaison between release/deployment functions and technical teams responsible for workstation, server, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient promotion of changes through the delivery pipeline.
