• Own the global book of business for MSP accounts, taking full accountability for net retention and expansion targets. • Work closely with the VP of MSP Sales to develop the global "MSP Story" and create high-impact talk tracks that enable your team to consultatively grow partner accounts. • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of CAMs across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring a unified approach to partner advocacy. • Drive global playbooks for upselling and cross-selling, focusing on moving partners from core products to advanced MDR and security suites. • Establish strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive continued value and ensure our solutions meet their compliance and cyber insurance needs. • Provide accurate global MRR forecasts and collaborate on the long-term roadmap for the MSP business unit. • Work cross-departmentally with Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure the "Voice of the MSP" is heard and reflected in our global offerings.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity with a deep understanding of the MSP business model and unit economics.
- Extensive experience managing global sales or account management teams in a SaaS environment (Cybersecurity preferred).
- Ability to take complex strategic visions and simplify them into compelling narratives and effective call plans for a global team.
- Strong proficiency in forecasting, CRM hygiene, and managing by KPIs like Net Retention Revenue (NRR) and Churn.
- Superior presentation, negotiation, and listening skills, with the ability to influence at both the "owner" and "engineer" levels.
- A self-driving leader who can manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and global market nuances.
