Role Summary: Flowserve is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin professional to support inventory and order operations in a remote environment. This role is responsible for inventory order entry, processing, cycle counting entry and reconciliation, and maintaining accurate stock records within inventory systems. The position includes coordinating new orders, managing lead times based on capacity, monitoring purchase order due dates, and ensuring timely communication of order status updates. The individual will also support inventory reporting and research, helping to resolve discrepancies and maintain on-time delivery performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively managing a high-volume workload. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Responsibilities & Requirements: Materials Management: - Perform inventory order entry, processing, and handling to support daily operations. - Complete cycle count entry and reconciliation, maintains accurate stock locations, and ensures all related data is updated in system. - Process new orders and manage lead times based on capacity to support on time customer delivery. - Create purchase requisitions for inventory transfers and outside services. - Monitor purchase order due dates and proactively expedite deliveries as needed. - Communicate order status updates in a timely manner and troubleshooting issues to maintain delivery performance. - Generate and analyze inventory reports to support operations and conduct inventory research. Requirements: - English fluency is a must - Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) - Ability to deal with complex contexts, efficiently planning material availability and capacities - Experience in industrial engineering - Strong organizational skills - Adaptable and flexible - Demonstrates ownership - BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 3-4 years relevant experience Preffered: - Experience with SAP preferred. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
