Senior Epic Analyst

• Provide Epic product function, design, and build expertise and experience needed for successful product implementation. • Serve as the primary resource dedicated to application design, validation, and build within assigned area. • Assesses current state, designs and implements future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze business/operational needs, and translates these into proper system configuration. • Provide demonstration of system functionality creates and submits regular status reports to immediate Lead Analyst/Project Manager/IT Leadership as assigned. • Coordinate/facilitate organizational meetings and attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, changes, communications, and updates. • Develop, support, and maintain documentation and procedures as needed and provides training to other IT staff and user clients as appropriate. • Troubleshoot problems identified by team members and end-users, analyzes and coordinates system changes, and implements approved changes based on customer-designated priorities. • Review and test build and new releases/enhancements prior to implementing in the production environment, and maintain established guidelines related to build standards (logs/tracks issues, naming and numbering conventions, build trackers etc.) and Change Control processes. • Collaborate with Principal Trainers in the design and development of role-based training programs to support the workflows to be implemented, and assists with training of end-users on proper use of the system. • Provide expertise and experience to the development of activation plans, application activation tasks, and production environment readiness. • Provide on-site support as needed during Go-live/Downtime events.

Workday Program Manager

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Application projects primarily Workday and related applications. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for Workday implementations, optimizations, and upgrades. • Drive and lead solution development from conception through deployment for all business applications. • Manage changes and releases to Workday systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption. • Manage third party vendor managed solutions like PureOHS, Vizzia RTLS, Docusign, Smartsheet and other business applications. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to elicit requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals. • Leads and oversees the development and documentation of comprehensive business cases to assess the costs, benefits, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of highly unique or complex solution proposals. • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and escalating issues as needed. • Utilize Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to facilitate project delivery, including leading ceremonies and coaching teams. • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and budget status. • Ensure the quality of project deliverables through testing, validation, and adherence to established standards.
Revenue Application Manager

• Lead and supervise all analysts' tasks related to design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of billing and claims applications. • Maintain relationships with revenue/operational department representatives and subject matter experts. • Provide leadership, Epic knowledge, and day-to-day guidance to all Application Analysts. • Define annual and semi-annual development plans with staff. • Manage staff time and attendance, team on-call coverage, and PTO requests. • Report completion of work plans for outstanding work, issues, and risks on a weekly basis. • Drive team accountability through setting timeline and quality expectations. • Propose solutions to remediate instances where timeline and quality objectives are not being met. • Ensure team compliance with Change Control procedures and compliance with issue ticketing update procedures. • Drive staff development through goal-setting, coaching, and monitoring of staff career development.
Supply Chain – Healthcare

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Supply Chain (SCM) providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support with respect to configurable security and business processes. • Provide consultation and serve as a partner to Supply Chain leaders and COE’s, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis. • Develop understanding of the business needs, evaluate Workday capabilities to ensure continuous improvement of the platform. • Execute and develop implementation strategy for new requests including configuration, testing, documentation, change management and training of business partners and stakeholders. • Function as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for Workday Supply Chain, proactively engaging with user inquiries, providing excellent customer service. • Collaborate and partner across multiple departments and teams to understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or security. • Research and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiatives. • Provide support for incident management, data requests, reporting and analytics. • Assist in testing solutions, integrations, security, annual events, and audits.
