Minimum Skills and Competencies - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). - 7+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter (10.x), Informatica IICS, or a combination of both. - 7+ years of experience with Linux shell scripting and SQL development. - Strong expertise in data integration, ETL architecture, and batch/real-time data processing. - Deep understanding of dimensional data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and operational data stores (ODS). - Proven experience in ETL performance tuning and optimization. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred / Desired Skills - Prior experience serving as a technical lead or mentoring development teams. - Experience with additional data platforms and ETL tools such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory pipelines, or similar technologies. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases and modern data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis). - Experience working in the insurance industry or other regulated industries. - Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and enterprise data architecture. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high development standards and timelines.
