• Plans, executes, and drives the sales activity for the assigned channel across all brands in division • Targets and manages daily activities, in OEM’s, system integrators, distributors, alternate channels, contractors, specifiers and end-users to ensure efficient and productive performance to move the business forward • Improves market share, and supports all assigned marketing campaigns for sales organization • Manages daily sales activities, including independent sales reps to ensure efficient and productive performance to gain market share by assuring the full utilization of all assigned sales resources • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective constituents in the electrical industry • Gain a deep understanding of our technical products and effectively communicate their benefits and applications to new and existing constituents • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve conversion targets and drive demand creation • Oversee all phases of conversions from initial interest through to conversion, ensuring product satisfaction and all requirements are met • Conduct comprehensive technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to constituents needs • Work closely with other departments, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive support of conversion initiatives • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions • Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track constituents interactions, sales activities, and statuses • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a robust network and stay current with industry developments

Shifts: 3am - 11:30am & 10:30am - 7pm ET Monday-Friday Rotating Saturdays I. Job Summary Communicates back and forth with Waste Management Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route. Handles incoming service orders, directs drivers, and resolves service issues. Interacts with customers, Waste Management customer service, sales, and operational staff (i.e. Route Managers, Mechanics etc.). Uses Waste Management proprietary software to enter ticket information and track activity. Shifts vary with the potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending particular site needs. Some initial travel (up to 15%) may be required to assist with centralization efforts. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. - Works with routing specialists, route managers, and the service department to optimize complex routes - Dispatches drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, drivers’ locations and loads, and daily factors to balance cost and speed of response - Fields incoming calls from customers, and e-mails from customer service and sales department; manages requests for pick-up or container delivery and ensuring same-day service - Initiates outbound calls to customers while drivers are on-site/location, resolving pick-up and other issues - Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues - Records and documents information from Drivers and distributes to appropriate departments - Communicates with maintenance shop personnel and serves as an emergency point of contact for down wires and other issues - Serves as point person for manager, coordinates projects and other tasks as necessary - Delegates work in managers absence - Serves as an escalation point for other Dispatchers in the department - Train new Dispatchers - Can be asked to cover all lines of business (Commercial, Residential, Roll-Off), multiple sites etc. within an area III. Plan strategies to effectively compete against competitor products. - Collaborate with district sales teams to position Syngenta's portfolio on farms, supporting our go-to-market strategy with retail customers, and provide agronomic leadership in developing campaign plans for the district. - Develop business relationships with key internal personnel who influence the local market area, including AgriEdge Specialists, Retail Representatives, District Managers, Technical Development Leads, Customer Unit Marketing Leads, Technical Product Leads, Crop Protection Field Development Scientists, and Technical Service Representatives. Maintain relationships with external influencers, including key retailers and distribution partners. - Provide guidance, training, and direct involvement as needed to assist with Syngenta service calls. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agronomy or related field. Master’s or PhD degree is highly preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of previous experience with strong interpersonal skills and an agricultural background - Up to 20% travel within the assigned territory is required. Travel to Arizona will be seasonally higher. - All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship support from Syngenta.
