Senior Analyst, FP&A

Procurify

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions (headcount, ARR growth, pipeline) • Perform meaningful and in-depth financial analysis on current and future financial performance, which includes but is not limited to budget variance analysis, standard monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis. • Champion the adoption of AI and LLM-powered workflows across the team by defining best practices, identifying high-impact use cases, and enabling knowledge sharing. • Drive effective application of AI tools for data analysis, insight generation, and narrative commentary to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and streamline day-to-day operations. • Research and analyze historical, current and projected financial data for use in planning, forecasting and management decision making • Partner with broader Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems • Develop automated reporting and dashboards to track key SaaS metrics, providing commentary and actionable insights to support decision making • Drive improvements in planning processes, reporting cadence, and tooling • Build relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on assumptions, definitions and support storytelling through data • Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance or other data focused roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.

Site Navigator II – Denmark (Remote) This is a fully remote role based in Denmark where the Site Navigator II plays a key role in coordinating site start-up and regulatory submission activities across clinical studies. Acting as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, you will drive progress from feasibility through activation and into maintenance, with a strong focus on regulatory submissions and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with submissions to Regulatory Authorities and IRB/IEC, as well as strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations. You will operate with limited oversight and act as a local expert and knowledge resource within the team.
