Requirements: · 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company. · 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions is preferred. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high EQ and proven expertise in discovering customer requirements. · A working knowledge of modern technical infrastructure, including SaaS architecture, web services, application servers, databases, and directories. · Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is desirable. · Ability to articulate and demonstrate enterprise solutions that align with business outcomes.
