Job Description: Meade is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead and support projects in complex and technical environments, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes across various engineering and construction projects. This role is responsible for project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining client satisfaction. While MEP-specific experience is preferred, it is not required-we're looking for a strong project leader with proven experience in managing complex, cross-disciplinary projects and working with technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style and is excels in deliverable driven environments where projects follow defined milestones and technical packages. Job Duties: - Manage and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects with MEP components. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet objectives. - Review and coordinate design documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements. - Monitor project performance, address risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Lead client and internal meetings to drive decisions and progress. - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. - Support procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project staff. - Maintain detailed project records and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects that require coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and schedules. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred but not required. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. - Experience working in technical environments that involved multiple disciplines or external partners. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional teams and manage competing priorities. - Experience coordinating external consultants, vendors, or subcontractors. - Experience managing project budgets, scope changes, or change orders in client facing environments. - Experience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and client communication. - Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Teamwork, or similar platforms is preferred. - Experience with MEP systems is preferred but not required.
