Minimum Qualifications: - 4+ years of Professional Electrical Engineering design experience in the construction industry, preferrable with T-SCIF. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Valid Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) license (will consider Engineering in Training certification). - Experience in load planning and programming. - Coding experience required. - Experience designing power systems for data centers, commercial offices, manufacturing facilities, medical buildings, or other large commercial projects. - Experience working independently, managing priorities and providing mentorship to junior staff. - Strong understanding of National and International Building Codes and NFPA Standards. - Advanced knowledge of equipment power requirements, including large scale standby and emergency power system, including interactive generator controls systems. - Experienced in producing Protective Device Coordination and Arc Flash studies is preferred. - Experienced with Medium Voltage equipment selection and specifications is preferred. - Ability to think strategically and demonstrate flexibility in order to achieve long-range objectives. - Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to work as a team. - Top-notch organization, attention to detail combined with excellent written and oral communication skills. - Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, BIM and Revit.
