• Establish sales relationship with Retail accounts within territory • Manage retail distributors and retail grocers in each market • Manage retail and pricing mechanisms to develop customer partnerships • Review weekly analytics and conduct meetings with each account to measure results • Negotiate program agreements with retail accounts and independent distributors • Plan, schedule, develop, and execute sales training and new product introductions • Stay informed about retail item offerings and product capability • Collaborate with Head of Sales to review and update strategies • Accept ownership of sales objectives and all facets impacting sales growth • Communicate market and industry changes affecting performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar area is preferred
  • 5-10 years in retail sales within the protein space required
