Job Title Relationship Manager What does a successful Relationship Manager do? A successful Relationship Manager at Fiserv takes pride in leading and maintaining significant business relationships with a defined portfolio of clients. What you will do: - Establish and maintain effective relationships with key senior-level executives and decision-makers at client organizations. - Understand clients' business challenges, strategic goals, and critical success factors to position Fiserv solutions that meet their needs. - Leverage Fiserv’s internal resources, engaging business unit and corporate executives, to strengthen client relationships and drive success. - Develop comprehensive client Account Plans annually that incorporate input from multiple Fiserv business units and set concrete action plans. - Promote client engagement in Fiserv events such as conferences, user group meetings, and focus group meetings. - Develop and implement client retention strategies, including timely Service Agreement Renewals. - Monitor client satisfaction and foster continuous improvement while communicating insights internally and externally. - Drive revenue growth by aligning Fiserv’s capabilities with clients’ needs, creating formal proposals for additional products and services. What you will need to have: - 6+ years of experience in the banking industry, with bank management and operations experience. - Experience managing and growing relationships with large, complex financial organizations. - Experience in strategic account planning experience with demonstrated success. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience. Under the leadership of the National Director of Signature Events, this self-starting individual is responsible for driving fundraising success through the coordination and strategic support of a portfolio of chapter golf events, other signature events (OSE), Real Estate Games, while also focusing on potential with emerging markets across the country. The National Coordinator, Signature Events role will be a key partner to meaningful work creating consistency and collaboration across chapter partners who execute events within their portfolio. The role will focus on identification of resources needed, creation of said resources, strategic coaching and training of chapter staff. This individual is a high-energy team player who can effectively bring the mission to life within the community through collaboration, cultivation, inspiration, and engagement. They will drive forward organizational strategies through their assigned event revenue portfolio to drive optimal results and actively demonstrate and promote enterprise-wide mindsets. This is a fully remote position with up to 40% travel. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Engagement – 60% - Assist in developing and driving fundraising excellence and success through the development and delivery of coaching/training/resources surrounding golf, OSE, Real Estate Games and emerging market opportunities. - Partner within the Signature Events team, with divisional leadership and other national partner teams to deliver successful outcomes. This includes focusing on event day experiences, volunteer engagement and pipeline, committee work, opportunities for Fund A Cure giving, corporate engagement and more. - In collaboration with chapter partners, implement annual strategies that will drive growth of assigned event portfolio donor engagement and stewardship at the event level. - Support the delivery and implementation of stewardship strategies of all event supporters that align to program standards; ensuring they are done timely and consistently throughout the year. - Coach chapter staff through fundraising tactics and strategies within event portfolio that drive foundation and pipeline building activities in support of long-term success of organization. - Implement strategies to retain, acquire and activate supporters in events that will ensure fundraising, and participation goals are met for current and future activities. - Design, plan and implement cultivation event(s) that will inspire and engage key event donors and volunteers. Develop and implement meaningful audience development strategies that inspire giving night-of, including maximizing table spend and activation. Volunteer Management – 20% - Partners with assigned chapters to create strategies to coach and encourage volunteer leadership to solicit funding and other support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other sources of funding where they have influence. - Partners with assigned chapters and markets to build, establish, and maintain a reliable volunteer pipeline for each event.
