The objective of this work is to provide subject matter expertise in the development of Lifecycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) for a large and complex IT program using the SEER toolset and to transfer knowledge related to the estimating solution and underlying tools to the program staff. Integrate with government team and use the SEER toolset to estimate costs for IT Application Development, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure buildout, Service Desk and other supporting IT Services.
