SAP Data Migration Specialist
CSCI Consulting
• Design and implement automated validation frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all migration cycles • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and the data conversion team to understand data requirements • Identify data anomalies and provide expert recommendations on optimal reporting designs • Reconcile transformed data against legacy sources to ensure completeness and accuracy • Develop dashboards and readiness metrics that provide real‑time insight into migration status • Support data validation, quality assurance activities, and defect resolution • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder review sessions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
- Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using industry tools such as SNP CrystalBridge or SAP DMLT
- Secret clearance eligibility
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
